Group Therapy
Group therapy enables participants to understand how they relate to others, and to improve their self-confidence and the confidence they have in others.
Its aim is :
To facilitate communication within a group, as well as help the members of the group to be tolerant towards each other, in order to be able to find solutions to their problems.
To overcome silence and isolation.
Jane Lovell-Taylor Marsh trained with Malcolm Pines, a psychiatrist and group analyst at the Institute of Group Analysis in London.
